Greenbriar Terrace design / build is a specific term used to describe projects completed using certain specified processes. The owner contracts with a design / builder, such as P.M. MacKay, who establishes preliminary design criteria using a team of professionals (architecs, engineers, and estimators) to establish a budget to meet the needs of the client. Once the budget is established and the clients' needs are adequately assessed, the client authorizes the final design and construction phase of the project.
Redesigning isn't the only aspect of a design / build project. after all, remodeling projects end up requiring that most of the time. the difference lies in the compilation of a desing team. Most of our recent design / build projects have utilized the services of an accredited architech in order to draw up a specific plan.
Some of our recent design / build projects include:
- Greenbriar Terrace HealthCare's Subacute Rehabilitation Wing.
- Adaptive reuse of the former Spaulding House into a Christian Education Center for the Main Street Methodist Church in Nashua. The addition of a library and computer lab at St. Christopher's School on Merchant Street in Nashua.
- Phase two of an ongoing two year project replacing 140 decks on occupied units for the Condominium Association at Fox Hollow Condominiums on Lowell Road in Hudson.
