P.M. MacKay Group recently completed a 34000 sf mill restoration in Nashua, NH for the occupancy of the NH department of health and human service southern NH office.

This green project features a full geothermal heating and cooling system with maximum insulating values for walls, windows, and roofing. This fast-tracked $2,300,000 project was completed between December 2009 and March 2010.

Recently completed is a design and build project for Chen’s Garden restaurant in Manchester, NH. The project consisted of all site-work preparation including demolition of two single family homes.

The project features a state of the art kitchen with energy efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

Main lobby renovations to a 44,000 sf mill building in Nashua, NH. The renovations completed boasts a custom staircase among other breathtaking renovations. The staircase was constructed of original mill timber which had been removed from the floor above.
