  • This attractive 6 unit multi-family apartment building in Manchester NH, recently underwent a gut rehabilitationincluding code upgrades, after suffering from a devastating fire that caused considerable structural damage as well as the need for a total cosmetic overhaul.

    Pm Mackay Group provided a full service restoration which included Loss appraisal, structural reconstruction, roofing, siding, windows.Interior finishes, fire suppression, fire alarm, exterior decks and stairwells. occupancy was granted on November 1st 2009

  • P. M. Mackay Group, through its Insurance Restoration Division, has been chosen as Design/Builder by 3D Realty of Nashua, for the reconstruction of their 19 unit commercial /multifamily property ot the corner of vine and lake streets in downtown nashua nh. The building was destroyed in a five alarm blaze that occurred on March 1st, 2009.

    P.M. Mackay Group was retained by the owners to negotiate the loss settlement and to replace the previous structure with a modern and code compliant building to meet today's Energy, Structural, NFPA, and ADA codes. 

    The structure was completely removed from its foundation, and certain modifications to the foundation were completed to accept the new floor plan in order to make the new retail stores and a percentage of the apartments to be handicapped accessible.

    is currently underway, and the project is scheduled for completion by December 2009
