The owner of the restaurant, Vincent Woo, wanted to portray a "big city" atmosphere which would attract a thirty-something professional crowd. To capture this vision, an industrial theme was adopted throughout the establishment. This was done by utilizing metallic surfaces and fixtures, suspended pipe ceiling panels and mono rail style lighting.
One can only really appreciate the incredible detail and uniqueness of this project by visiting the You You Japanese Bistro. The spacious lounge with a picture window, the sushi bar built on a curve and even the bathrooms project the high level of quality and dedication that was invested by the P.M. MacKay Group
