Basement Remodeling Project

This average basement was converted to a family/playroom (approximate size 24' x 26'). A gas fireplace with mantel and side skirts was also installed. 14 lineal feet of legacy cabinets with laminate counter top were installed as well.
All structural columns were trimmed out with pine boards and pine wainscot with chair rail. High quality Berber carpet was laid down.
The family plans to use the space for entertaining, watching TV and playing pool.
