Residential Addition and Kitchen Renovation

We remodeled the kitchen & removed the majority of walls between an existing sunroom & kitchen as well as an addition connecting the existing house to the existing garage.
The interior included a sunken mud room entry with coat closet.
The exterior included a rear deck expansion & a covered front entry porch.
One very interesting detail on the kitchen renovation was the fact that we added cabinets (custom fabricated at our wood working shop) & re-positioned existing cabinets, installed a stunning breakfast bar with an oak bar top & new countertops (laminate type) to the rest of the kitchen.
When most people think of a kitchen renovation they usually think of all new cabinets & a new layout, or the well known facelift renovation which is commonly new doors, draw fronts & countertops. This approach (done on this project) is one to make people aware that there is a alternative way to dramatically change their kitchen layout without the need for all new cabinets.
For example, if someone buys new home & can't stand the layout of the kitchen, we can help them with this type of an approach.
