The cathedral ceiling and two story cantilevered glass curtain wall generate an enormous amount of natural light.
16' x 16' screen porch and 10' x 23' pressure treated deck.
The second floor includes a carpeted bedroom, sitting room and 24' loft with an open Balustrade system.
Hardwood floors were installed in the large open concept living room and adjoining dining room. Please note the zero clearance fireplace and custom mantel with the arched panels.
This highly impressive project consisted of 1,112 square feet of renovations featuring a 24' x 26' modern colonial addition.
